You cannot apply our mineral blushes to the naked skin because any dry or oily areas are going to grab the pigment of the minerals resulting in an uneven application.  Always set with mineral rice powder first.  Apply blush to the apples of your cheeks but do not go too close to the nose.
 
 
Note: If you have prominent circles under you eyes, blush can help distract from that area.  Apply a full circle of color that embraces your cheekbone and goes right over part of the dark circle.  This trick also balances out white circles under your eyes.
